Phase 1 - Place Order: After a short Order Form is completed and all services, and or products are selected, you will be given a job estimate. Job Estimates are not the final price. The final price can vary based on any edits or upgrades during the design phase.
Phase 2 - Job Deposit: You will then be sent an Invoice for a Job Deposit, since we create fully customized websites your deposit will be 50% of the Job Estimate. Once payment is complete on your Job Deposit, our designers will begin work on your order. This is referred to as the Design Phase.
Phase 3 - Design / Preview: Once your order is complete you will receive a preview link, so you can preview your site. Any edits or upgrades will be made in this stage. Once all edits or upgrades are completed and we have your final approval, you will receive a Final Invoice.
Phase 4 - Final Invoice: This will be the other %50 of the Job Estimate, and if there where any edits or upgrades done in the preview phase they will be added to the Final Invoice. Once payment has been accepted on the Final Invoice your site will go Live.
Phase 5 - Go "Live"!: If you ordered Hosting and a Domain name from us the Site will go "Live" and we will handle the upload and domain settings. If you have your own Hosting or Domain name we will provide the site files via any method you choose, or we will upload it for you if you provide the ftp information to your hosting account. If you would like any edits or upgrades from this point on, the process will start over from Phase 1.
There are quite a few factors that are going to affect the ultimate cost of your web site. These factors include how many pages you are going to have, if you will sell products on your website, the graphic work involved, and any other services and products you order. You will also need web hosting and domain name registration.

A domain name is a specific web site address that you choose and register with Network Solutions(the official registrar of domain names ending in .com, .edu, and .gov). Our domain name is "visualelite.net". We can register a Domain name for you when you purchase a website from us.
Yes. If you choose to use your own Hosting, we will provide the site files in any format or method you request upon completion. We will also upload them for you if you provide us with the FTP information.
Web hosting is a monthly fee that you pay to have your site accessible on the Internet. You can either Provide your own hosting or we provide hosting with package discounts and annual discounts. Our hosting service is ideal when ordering a website from us, and our discounts make it one of the cheapest and most reliable hosting services on the internet.
Maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back.
Once your site has been submitted to the top Search Engines they may require several weeks, or even months to actually spider and list your web site in their directory. How fast your site is listed depends on each individual Search Engines database update schedule.
That would depend on the goals of your web site. If you run a business website you would include as much information about your products or services that your customers would need to purchase from you. Keep in mind we DO NOT provide any content for your website. You MUST provide your content, if you just have the text and/or images we will format it. If we have to prepare your content there will be an hourly fee added to you Final Invoice.
